Dustin Turlington is the president and founder of DAHL Properties, LLC. With nearly 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Dustin brings a deep well of knowledge, skill, and integrity to every project. He founded DAHL alongside his wife, Angie, driven by a shared vision to create a construction company built on quality, trust, and a commitment to doing what’s right—always.
Dustin began his career in construction after graduating from college. Starting with a framing company, he quickly developed a solid understanding of structural work and the physical demands of the trade. He then transitioned to custom trim work, mastering everything from intricate crown molding and multi-piece trim details to staircase installations, cabinetry, and custom decks and porches.
From there, Dustin moved into remodeling, where he honed his ability to adapt and problem-solve—especially in kitchens and bathrooms where every home presents unique challenges. To round out his expertise, he joined a custom home building company, spending 12 years managing large-scale custom builds, renovations, and complex multi-phase projects. During that time, Dustin rose to lead multiple jobsites and became proficient in every phase of construction—from design and client communication to execution and final turnover.
Over the course of his career, Dustin has overseen more than 1000 residential construction projects. He’s known for his hands-on leadership style, his unwavering standard of excellence, and his personal approach to every job. Clients often ask him, “What would you do if it were your home?”—a question that defines his commitment to treating each project as if it were his own.
Beyond his work with DAHL Properties, Dustin is active in his local church, and when he’s not managing your build or renovation, he enjoys time with family and friends, glamping, fishing, the occasional golf outing, and catching sunrises and sunsets.

Meet Angela Turlington, a pivotal force in both the personal and professional realms of Dustin's life. As the devoted wife of Dustin, Angela has played a crucial role in the inception and launch of DAHL. With a background enriched by diverse retail experiences centered around ensuring customer satisfaction, Angela has seamlessly transitioned into her multifaceted role within the company.
For the majority of her career, Angela has served as the Turlingtons' homemaker, dedicating herself to raising their four children – Dillan, Haley, Levi, and Ava. Currently, Angela wears multiple hats as she manages DAHL's office tasks, oversees Quickbooks operations, and serves as Dustin's executive assistant. Her remarkable ability to balance professional responsibilities with the duties of a homemaker is a testament to her exceptional organizational skills.
Married to Dustin for 20 years, Angela finds fulfillment in family time, travel adventures, and a good cup of coffee. Her adept multitasking abilities and organizational prowess are evident not only in the business arena but also in her commitment to community service. Angela has dedicated her time to serving with the children and youth at her church for many years.
In essence, Angela Turlington is more than an executive assistant and homemaker; she is a cornerstone in the success of DAHL, a loving mother, and a community-minded individual whose talents extend far beyond the office walls.
Tiffany Caruso
Introducing Tiffany Caruso, the vital behind-the-scenes force at the heart of our operations. Joining our team as the Office Administrator in February 2022, Tiffany brings a wealth of organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to her role.
Beyond the office walls, Tiffany's life is rich with love and connections. Engaged to her partner, John, Tiffany is not only a devoted mother to her sons, Landon and Jaxon, but also embraces the role of Bonus Mom to Aubrey, creating a close-knit and blended family.
Tiffany finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Crafting is a passion that allows her to express her creativity and create unique pieces that reflect her personality. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. Whether it's enjoying a great cup of coffee, watching the sun set or enjoying the serenity of the beach, Tiffany understands the importance of balance and finding moments of peace in the midst of a busy life.
In her role as an Office Admin, Tiffany plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Doug Burmeister
Doug Burmeister is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, bringing over two decades of experience to his role as a Project Manager for DAHL Properties since September of 2022. In both his personal and professional life, Doug is known for his commitment and reliability. Celebrating two decades of marital bliss, Doug has been happily married to his wife Stacy since May of 2004. Their family is completed by their cherished daughter, Makayla, who is currently 18 years old.
As a Project Manager for DAHL Properties, Doug plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of various construction projects. He thrives on the hands-on aspect of his job, relishing the challenges and triumphs that come with each project. One of Doug's greatest joys is witnessing the satisfaction on clients' faces when a job is completed with excellence – a testament to his dedication to delivering quality work.
Beyond the construction site, Doug enjoys a variety of interests. Fishing is a favorite pastime, providing him with a sense of relaxation and connection with nature. He's also a skilled barbeque enthusiast, taking pleasure in crafting delicious meals for family and friends. Doug embraces the changing seasons, particularly reveling in the warmth of summer and the vibrant colors of fall.

Meet Dillan, an industrious 19-year-old Project Manager with a passion for both hands-on work and intellectual pursuits. Graduating high school in 2023, Dillan has already carved a path towards a bright future, showcasing exceptional skills in various endeavors.
Adept at working with his hands, Dillan thrives in the construction realm, where his assistance proves invaluable. Whether it's crafting structures, tackling projects, or engaging in tasks that demand precision, Dillan demonstrates a natural talent for all things hands-on.

He possesses a keen enthusiasm for working on cars, demonstrating both mechanical prowess and a love for tinkering under the hood. Dillan's interests extend to the world of finance, where he actively engages in stock trading, showcasing a keen intellect and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Meet Kaleigh Campbell, a driven and compassionate 18-year-old Assistant Office Administrator with a heart for service and a love for learning. Graduating from Liberty University in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies—focusing on Business and Family & Child Development—Kaleigh has already laid a strong foundation for a meaningful and impactful career.
Organized and goal-oriented, Kaleigh brings dedication and efficiency to her role at DAHL, where she supports office operations with precision and care. Her passion for helping families, especially children, shines through both in and out of the workplace, making her a trusted and empathetic presence wherever she goes.
Kaleigh's Christian faith is a central part of who she is and guides her in daily decisions, shaping how she approaches her work and treats others—with kindness, integrity, and compassion.
An adventurous spirit at heart, Kaleigh enjoys spending her free time outdoors—whether she’s hiking, hunting, fishing, or simply soaking in the peace of being on the water. She’s also an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places and gain fresh perspectives. With a strong desire to continually grow and develop new skills, Kaleigh's future is filled with purpose, potential, and passion.
HALEY TURLINGTON
Haley Turlington is a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Office Administrator who plays a key role in keeping the office organized and running smoothly. From managing daily tasks to helping coordinate schedules and communications, she brings a steady and reliable presence to the workplace. Haley recently graduated high school at just 16 years old with an Advanced Studies Diploma, demonstrating her strong drive, discipline, and ability to take initiative at a young age.
Outside of the office, Haley enjoys working with her hands and engaging in creative projects. She has a strong passion for animals—especially horses—and spends much of her free time training and caring for them. She’s not afraid to get dirty and finds fulfillment in being active outdoors, whether that’s working on a farm, exploring nature, or simply enjoying hands-on activities. She is actively involved in her church’s youth group and values spending meaningful, quality time with friends.
Haley is also a committed Christian, and her faith in Jesus plays a central role in her life and values. She approaches both her personal and professional responsibilities with integrity, humility, and a willingness to grow. Her combination of maturity, hands-on experience, and strong moral foundation makes her a valuable asset to any team she’s part of.
Steve wauzinski
Chris Kelley is a highly skilled Project Manager at DAHL Properties with over five years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Chris has taken on a variety of important roles, managing projects from conception to completion. His expertise lies in overseeing timelines, budgets, and project coordination, ensuring that every detail is executed with precision. Chris is deeply committed to delivering high-quality results and thrives in environments that challenge him to grow and learn. His ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and the DAHL team makes him an invaluable asset.
Outside of work, Chris leads a fulfilling life in Williamsburg, where he is married and the proud father of two children. He values family time and enjoys being an active member of his community, attending church regularly and participating in local events. When he’s not managing projects, you’ll find Chris on the golf course or spending quality time with his two family dogs, Coast and Coco. His dedication to work-life balance and his passion for personal growth are key factors in his success, both on the job and at home.

Steve Wauzinski is DAHL’s dedicated In-House Construction Specialist, contributing his skills and expertise across every stage of each project. With over two years on the team, Steve plays a vital role in bringing precision, quality, and attention to detail to all aspects of the build. While he’s highly regarded for his finish work, his versatility and craftsmanship are evident throughout the entire construction process. Steve’s commitment to excellence and deep knowledge in multiple areas make him an indispensable part of the DAHL team.
